Last updated: 13 August 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MerchantPlay, operated by Avantech Technologies Pte. Ltd. By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

MerchantPlay is a browser-first retail point-of-sale and inventory platform. We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves. Some capabilities may be described as planned or in development; those are not guarantees of future availability.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access, and no use that infringes others' rights.

Early access and fees

MerchantPlay is currently offered through limited early access. Paid plans are described on our pricing page and billed at the stated price. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the period you've paid for.

Availability

We work to keep MerchantPlay available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Intellectual property

MerchantPlay and its content are owned by Avantech Technologies Pte. Ltd. and its licensors. These terms don't grant you rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated. MerchantPlay does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MerchantPlay and Avantech Technologies Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or as required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
